Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Alex spent the majority of her career with Sotheby’s International Realty, where she earned a reputation as a top producer and an intuitive sales strategist with a heart for mentorship. During her tenure, she led a high-performing team in the competitive Chicago market, seamlessly blending luxury market expertise with a consultative, people-first leadership style. Her track record includes multi-million-dollar sales portfolios, dynamic recruiting efforts, and spearheading agent retention initiatives all grounded in her commitment to relationship-driven growth. As a proud member of the Anywhere Real Estate Inc. network throughout her career, Alex sees her transition to Coldwell Banker as a natural evolution continuing to champion excellence within the same global family of real estate brands.
